Refund policy
You are our priority. Whether you sent a Countdown or received it, if there's a problem with the order, let us know and we'll make it right.
Did something break?
If a gift broke in transit, send us a picture and we'll replace it with the same or similar gift as soon as possible.
Other issues?
A complete Countdown, including all unused gifts, can be refunded in full if returned within 30 days of receipt, and we'll provide a return shipping label.
Once we’ve received your return, we'll notify you and automatically refund your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
