When your loved one opens up a Countdown, they will see an "Open Me First" envelope that includes a printed card on how the Countdown works and a map depicting the order in which to open the gifts. Each limited-edition Countdown includes hand-wrapped, curated gifts, each made by a North American artisan. (And we always include at least one extra surprise!)

Absolutely. You'll find this option on the product page before adding a Countdown to your cart. We will handwrite your note on a small card and place it decoratively on the outside of the Countdown.

Typos are the worst. If you spot an error in your order, let us know asap and we'll happily make the change, as long as we have not already sent out your order (our processing time is 1-2 business days).

Yes! You are our priority. Whether you sent a Countdown or received it, if there's a problem with the order, let us know and we'll make it right. Check our return and refund policy here.

Don't worry - we've got you. We never include receipts or packaging slips inside a Countdown.

Our Kid Countdowns are geared toward elementary-age children (5-12). They are not appropriate for children under the age of 5, as they can include small toys, edibles and potion ingredients.

We can only cancel an order if contacted the same day the order is placed, and if the order is not already in the mail. To cancel an order, contact us.

As a small company with limited-edition products, we do not offer promotional codes at this time.

Each Countdown leaves our shop in 1 to 2 business days.

After you place your order online, within 2 days you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include a tracking number. If you don't, email us at ship@clementinecountdowns.com.

Absolutely. When you checkout, choose the "Procrastinator's Special," and we'll get your Countdown out the door as quickly as possible and include 2-day shipping!

Our "Procrastinator's Special" costs $35, and includes rapid preparation of your Countdown and 2-day shipping.

While we can't guarantee a delivery date, we recommend your loved one receive their Countdown 10 days before the big day, so they are ready to open Day 7 a week before their actual birthday.
